The day I started noticing my receding hairline and bald spot getting bigger, I embarked on my hair loss treatment journey. It’s possible I could be exaggerating things, but remember hair is integral to my emotional well-being. Is there more things to life than a beautiful head of hair? You know, it wouldn’t be right if someone told me otherwise. Here’s the good news: women’s hair loss can be beat!

You would not believe what this has felt like. No one has noticed about me and women’s hair loss. Anyhow that’s life, I’m definitely set to fearlessly approach my career again. My excellent collection of woman’s human hair wigs enhanced living for me.

Shallow people might think my sentiment is needy. They don’t know. What makes existing on earth so practical? For me, I adore working hard and my lace front wig.

Look, I’m not that desperately gullible man, lethargically satisfied by going without a date instead of living it up with friends. I’d wager people haven’t pegged me to write a talk much on great dating and companionship. There’s a reason for that.

Boredom is an avoidable trait and totally missing from my values. Let me go on, Winter of 09 was an exception, I definitely needed to end a solid cohabitation which meant a lot for us but simply wasn’t meant to be. I guess one could tell ya it may have been a while since I dated someone new. I don’t hold the great expectations that came naturally before.

Single life has had its perks so far. I know one thing, I don’t know how to spend another weekend peacefully devowering Star Trek Enterprise on DVD. The real factor behind this spell of fresh break-up dating lameness? My coworkers are stiffs, and most ladies I meet at work are taken.

My accomplished golf pal, Brandon, who doesn’t know the meaning of dating lameness, informed me he’s currently somewhere he can relate. He linked me to the Great Expectations Dating service. I enjoy getting to know new chicas who share my passions. Surprise, I decided to make a change and joined.

The point is, ya can’t grovel by not having plans if you haven’t called anyone. Just like my senior year soccer coach Jason Simms carried on as his idea of encouragement, “You’ll never win a race you don’t run, stupid.”

Sheer genius, right? However, Coach was on the money in a round about way. He was good humored. The fun Dallas matchmaking service I joined might’ve overloaded the gipper’s noggin’.

Through great expectations I talked to a few insightful and desirable singles that hold my eye. I truthfully had a blast with dozens of intelligently incredible men and women. The evening ended following an exchange of digits, in addition to the fact that I came across some social networking acquaintances for my company. I’m impressed.

Put yourself in the play. You won’t complain if you sit the bench. Listen to me and believe in your own great expectations for yourself.

Well indeed. This is one major issue and important factor, which has impeded human civilization, a repeating one in fact which needs to end for us to get to the next step, I could not agree more. There are other factors as well. As society gets more complex without a major increase in biological evolution, we are stuck with an animal inside trying to mask our innate tendencies and still function as a whole and contiguous grouping. Problems arise when we train humans to do, instead of think so they can operate and function in the present period of incremental complexity. Some cannot do it. Not because they do not have the genetic material to do it, but because we have pre-conditioned them to be worker bees instead of thinking souls. Indeed it is necessary to have folks monitor the flows of the system without screwing it up using a protocol of known safety and reliability in the infrastructures and flows of the system. But we also need those who create the system, revamp it and realign it when it is too unnecessarily complex and fails to serve us. For instance: Health Care, legal, government leadership, educational system, etc, etc. These are opinions and observations entirely of my own, upon reading Dr. Nick Arrizza’s works. It might behoove you to read his works to see where your mindset is.

Dr. Arrizza is an interesting person with some simple formulas which could help millions if not billions of people in the world come to a better understanding of their surroundings and minds and in doing so be more creative, productive and achieve such happiness as is their innate desire to achieve. First, list at least 5 activities you like to do most.

Then, narrow the action verbs down to the top 3 choices.

Step #2 Principles

Step #3 Service

Your life purpose also involves being of service. Being of service to others. Being of service to others in the real world. Think about others in society who you care about strongly and would like to see helped, i.e. what groups or types of people or entity would you most like to serve or see helped? List as many as come to mind (10-12 if possible). Then choose the single most important one to you, the one that you feel the strongest about.

If you complete these 3 exercises properly all 3 components of your life purpose will be revealed to you.

Just put the 3 components together and you will have the answer to the age-old question of “who am I … and why am I here”. You will have discovered your own unique and special purpose in life.

The only way to get ahead in life is to know where you want to go and keep yourself moving in that direction. Blame, shame and regret are a waste of time. “Never look back unless you plan on going that way.”

In order to move forward, you have to be aware of where you are. Are you stuck in neutral or, even worse, backsliding in reverse into the past? If you are, put on your brakes, change gears and get back on track.

How can you tell if you’re off track or going backwards? It’s pretty easy. Just pay attention to your feeling feedback. Your emotions are your strongest indication of whether or not you’re focused in the right direction. If you’re feeling angry, upset, guilty, or whatever, about something that happened last year, last month, last week or ten minutes ago, then you’re stuck in the past. And there’s no way that you can get to where you want to go from the past. To move forward, you have to start from the here and now. You must be present to change gears.

So get in touch with your feelings, but don’t stay stuck where you are. Let go of negative emotions. This includes any complaining, blaming and justifying. Let it all go. Realize that it’s over. It’s gone. It’s past. And the only reason it’s still hanging around is because you’re still thinking about it.

Now, it’s time to quit idling around and move on. But, before you can move forward, you must get out of reverse (the past), focus on your goal and change gears. Look at what you can do to either transform the situation or, better yet, just let it go and transcend it. That’s often your best bet.

The Chinese symbol for “crisis” is the same as for “opportunity.” Isn’t that interesting? So, in every breakdown, look for the breakthrough. When you’re in the middle of a “crisis,” you can change gears by asking yourself, “What’s the opportunity here?” That’s thinking in forward gear!
