Mark Ronson & the Business Intl will be setting bells ringing across the country this autumn with the releasing of the second single from the very expected album, ‘Record Collection’, released Sep 27th on Columbia. Featuring an all-star cast both behind and in front of the scenes, the track was authored by Dave McCabe of the Zutons, who also wrote ‘Valerie’ which changed into a top hit for Mark Ronson and his partner in crime Amy Winehouse after they covered it in 2007.
The perky, 1960s strut of ‘The Bike Song’ is layered with easygoing vocals, which come thanks to The View’s Kyle Falconer. The Scots rocker lends a sleepy part to the otherwise sprightly song which wheels along like a lost hallucinogenic pop classic.
